Hi everyone,

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to remove the ‘Inquiries’ in Hospitable? I have marked the conversations as Resolved but can’t seem to work out how to remove/delete them? Thanks!

Hey ​@SJD, thank you for raising this one! This is a bug on the Hospitable dashboard, where the inquiries are not updated/cleared. The team is currently working on a full revamp of the Hospitable dashboard and I can confirm that this will be rectified as part of that update. You can subscribe to get updates on that project here:

In the meantime, there is no way to update that figure from the user interface yourself, but if you reach out to Customer Support via the app, they can run an action to update that for you.

    We’ve had the same issue.   I can’t get them to go away!
