We’re required to have every guest sign a “Good Neighbor Policy” agreement for all bookings in the town where our STRs are registered. Managing this manually has become tedious, so we’re looking for a way to automate the process.
Currently, we ask guests for their email address and then send the agreement via DocuSign. DocuSign follows up with reminders until the document is signed, which works, but it’s not very efficient on our end.
Ideally, we’d like a system where, immediately after booking, guests either:
- Automatically receive an email with the agreement, or
- Are sent a link (via email or message) that opens a form they can easily complete and sign.
Does anyone have recommendations for tools or workflows that could help streamline or automate this process?
