It was mentioned during the recent webinar. You go to Host pulse Ai then click the hospitable link and it will show your properties. 
it is a listing optimization tool.

Hi everyone, https://hostpulse.ai/ is a marketplace partner that is free for Hospitable customers.

It is in very early beta so you can expect bugs and incomplete modules.

As this is a separate product from Hospitable, HostPulse support is through Hostpulse and is not supported by the Hospitable support team, but there is a help/bug notification button in the product if you run into any issues.

Feel free to use this thread for any feedback or comments but best to report any bugs in the HostPulse product. 

I liked what I saw initially.  I would like to see it become available through Hospitable.
