Hi Derek, You helped me set up my messages from last year during onboarding with hospitable. I never turned them on until a couple of days ago. It sends the guest unit B and d codes to the same guest- it’s very frustrating. I have reached out to hospitable- no luck. I did notice the pictures were the same- all my other messages are great! Please help me.

What I can see in your Messages settings is the following:
- The “Sweet Dreams” check-in message is currently scoped to the “Let’s the fun begin” listing
- The “Let’s the fun begin” check-in message is also scoped to the “Let’s the fun begin” listing
If I’m reading this correctly, guests staying at “Let’s the fun begin” are receiving two check-in messages, while guests staying at “Sweet Dreams” are not receiving any check-in instructions.
To fix this, please go to the “Sweet Dreams” check-in message, scroll to the bottom, and update the property scope:
- Check “Sweet Dreams”
- Uncheck “Let’s the fun begin”
