Go to Properties > select desired property > (on mobile click 3 dots in upper right) select Availability > select Booking rules menu from the top menu banner
Here you can update your Restricted Check-in days of the week.

Mel, you are spot on with that! MOBX, if you want to do this just for the month of June, make sure to click on June 1st-30th and then you can apply a ruleset located on the right panel and then make the desired change. Once the month is over, the ruleset will be discontinued.
