integration with VRBO and Booking

For those using Hospitable, how have you connected with VRBO ? I did connect through plug-in but on VRBO property is not visible to my guests. And it adds VRBO as separate line item in the calendar. This worries me..
For booking dot it is asking me use stripe and forcing it whereas I have direct connection in booking with my bank account. 
Recently moved over to hospitable.

Hey Naveen, welcome to the community! 

 

I just today had to complete the plug-in based reconnection and so far I don’t see anything different than the way the integration has worked over the past few years.

 

When you say that the property is not visible to your guests do you mean it’s not showing up in searches, or that guests currently staying with you don’t see their booking?

Also for reference, do you have 1 property or multiples on Hospitable?  How many different platforms are you listed on?

Hi. I have 2 properties. Both are hidden in VRBO. Meaning you can't find it. Though the reservations are there. 

I am on BNB and trying to setup booking

@Naveen  The same property showing up twice on your multi-calendar is a sign that your listings are not merged (as Yle mentioned). As as for not being able to find your Vrbo listings in Vrbo searches, that doesn’t seem like it would have anything to do with Hospitable… I would check directly inside your Vrbo Owner Dashboard to make sure the property status is “Active,” and also make sure your search criteria are not so restrictive that it would filter your property out from the search results (e.g. make sure you’re choosing dates that your property is actually available to be booked… that you don’t have a pets filter turned on, etc.).
