Create a business and assign properties to it
- Users on the Mogul plan will now see My Business under Operations
- You can create multiple businesses and assign your properties to them that fall under the same business model
- Choose from these different business models: Owner, Manager, and Renter (soon to come)
- Each of these will customize what you see with certain features, such as Metrics and Owner Statements
- The Owner's business model will also have a Profit and Loss Report feature available

Receive notifications about your account
- You'll now receive alerts when more information is needed about your Airbnb account
- These alerts will be shown in the Connected Accounts page

Review category tags for bad guests
- When leaving a negative review for a guest (3 stars or below), you will now be able to tag the guest with a category
- We will use AI to try to automatically tag the review based on your conversation with the guest
Invite hosts to your account with a specific scope
- Now, when inviting other hosts to your Hospitable account, you can choose the scope of the connection
- You can choose from the Property Management Scope, which we recommend, or the Operations Scope
Owner Statements
Hide or show reservation fees owed to owners
- You can now see the fee breakdown for both the manager and the owners on your statements
- If the total for the fee column is zero, we will hide the column automatically to make it easier to read
