Hey everyone! 👋We’ve heard several requests for Static Guest Portal Links — shareable URLs or QR codes that let guests access upsells without needing their unique guest portal link.We love the idea! 💡 Hosts have told us they’d use this for guidebooks, signage, or on-site QR codes for things like firepit fees, equipment rentals, or minibar purchases. The challenge? Every upsell is tied to a specific reservation — that’s how we check calendar availability, manage upsell timing windows, and trigger post-purchase automations. To make static links possible, we’ll need a step where guests enter their reservation code so we can connect them to the right booking. We’d love your feedback:How would this fit into your guest experience?\tHow are you currently handling upsell purchases and linking them back to bookings?Drop your thoughts below — and upvote the feature request to stay updated:🔗 https://feedback.hospitable.com/p/static-upsell-url-for-guest-payments

You can now invite your cleaners and teammates into Hospitable, track task progress, and pay them directly through the platform. For many hosts, coordinating cleaners and other teammates is one of the most time-consuming parts of running short-term rentals. 👋 We'd love your feedback on the Property Overview page in Hospitable. We're exploring ways to improve this page and want to better understand how you actually use it.A few questions:When do you typically visit the Property Overview page?\t(For example: after connecting a listing, checking something, changing settings, troubleshooting, etc.)\tWhat question are you usually trying to answer when you open it?\tExamples:\tIs everything connected correctly?\t\tIs my property performing well?\t\tDo I need to do anything?\t\tI need to change a setting.\t\tSomething else?\t\tWhen you first connected your property to Hospitable, what information would have been most useful to see on this page?\tWhich parts of the current page do you actually use regularly?\tIs there anything on this page that feels confusing, unnecessary, or in the wrong place?\tIf you could redesign this page, what would you change / what would you make it? Blocking dates on the calendar for an owner stay, a maintenance visit, or a long-term guest booked outside of Hospitable? You can now keep your thermostat running as if the property were occupied instead of dropping it into Unoccupied mode. When you block dates on the calendar, you'll see a new toggle: Use Occupied preset for this block. It's off by default. Turn it on when someone will actually be at the property during the block. Hospitable will keep the Occupied preset active for the whole block, and whoever's there has full control of the thermostat for the duration of the block - no overrides, no fighting the schedule.Leave it off for regular blocks where no one is at the property. Hospitable will manage the thermostat as usual and apply the Unoccupied preset. The toggle only shows up on properties with a linked thermostat, and it applies to that block only meaning it won't change your default thermostat behavior.👉 More detail in the help article: Change Your Property's Availabili
