I self-manage properties on the Sunshine Coast, Australia, with my wife.

• What you do: What don’t I do? I’m a tech geek and for my W2, I’m a manager of a tech support team. So it translates well with my adoption for all things automation in my hosting and cohosting business. I also hold a RE License as well as teach other how to self manage. 
• I cohost, revenue manage, own/host, etc, for 9 properties. I’m boutique in each one of my properties is handled differently.
