Hi everyone, another Nest thermostat update 👋Great news - we've now received Google's approval to move into a public pilot for the Nest integration.As part of the approval process, Google tested the integration and approved it for a public pilot.Over the past few weeks we've also been testing with a small group of users and Hospitable employee-hosts, and the results have been very encouraging. Hi everyone, another Nest thermostat update 👋We're excited to announce that Google Nest thermostat support is now available in Open Beta! 🎉Over the past year we've worked closely with Google through their certification process, passed Google's testing, and successfully ran both private and public pilot programs. A huge thank you to everyone who participated and shared feedback along the way.We're now opening the integration to all users who have Experimental (Beta) Features enabled. ⚙️ To get started: Enable Experimental (Beta) Features in Settings → Preferences Navigate to Devices → Thermostats → Connect Account Select Google Nest and complete the authorization flow  As this is still a beta release, we'll continue monitoring performance closely and making improvements based on your feedback. 👋 We'd love your feedback on the Property Overview page in Hospitable. We're exploring ways to improve this page and want to better understand how you actually use it.A few questions:When do you typically visit the Property Overview page? (For example: after connecting a listing, checking something, changing settings, troubleshooting, etc.) What question are you usually trying to answer when you open it? Examples: Is everything connected correctly? Is my property performing well? Do I need to do anything? I need to change a setting. Something else? When you first connected your property to Hospitable, what information would have been most useful to see on this page? Which parts of the current page do you actually use regularly? Is there anything on this page that feels confusing, unnecessary, or in the wrong place? If you could redesign this page, what would you change / what would you make it? As always, screenshots, examples, and brutally honest feedback are incredibly helpful

Blocking dates on the calendar for an owner stay, a maintenance visit, or a long-term guest booked outside of Hospitable? You can now keep your thermostat running as if the property were occupied instead of dropping it into Unoccupied mode.When you block dates on the calendar, you'll see a new toggle: Use Occupied preset for this block. It's off by default.  Turn it on when someone will actually be at the property during the block. Hospitable will keep the Occupied preset active for the whole block, and whoever's there has full control of the thermostat for the duration of the block - no overrides, no fighting the schedule.Leave it off for regular blocks where no one is at the property. Hospitable will manage the thermostat as usual and apply the Unoccupied preset.The toggle only shows up on properties with a linked thermostat, and it applies to that block only meaning it won't change your default thermostat behavior.👉 More detail in the help article: Change Your Property's Availabili
