Hi there, @Wander_Tanya Trying to integrate with Wander and not having any luck. Can’t find info about pricing and support is not answering me. If Wander imports Hospitable pricing, how am supposed to do the mark up to account for the Wander 11% fees?

We are located in cayce South Carolina. Not your typical vacation destination, but we do stay pretty booked. We are looking to try and get away from Airbnb. the fees are too high and trying to go with a more direct booking approach. But we wanted to see if anyone else has had experience in a similar situation, whether it is possible or even worth it, to get the volume we would need.

I'm still pretty new to using MCP, but there's one thing I built with it that's made a real difference to my review ratings across all my properties.Platforms remind you when you're overdue on leaving a guest a review — but they don't remind you when a guest still owes you one. That's a quiet source of "lost" reviews: guests who had a great stay but just never got round to leaving one.So I built a review chaser: a daily automated check that scans every guest who checked out 3–14 days ago and works out who genuinely hasn't reviewed yet. We are experiencing ongoing, severe support and system issues with Hospitable that have now been unresolved for over one month. These issues began immediately after onboarding and migrating from Hostaway, particularly related to the VRBO integration.Over the past several weeks, we have attempted to troubleshoot through email support, but response times have been extremely slow, often limited to one reply per day. This has made it nearly impossible to resolve urgent operational problems.Current critical issues include:• Inability to modify or manage VRBO reservations through either the VRBO platform or Hospitable• No access to financial reporting or guest details for VRBO reservations• Automated messages not sending• Missing inbound guest messages• VRBO connection repeatedly disconnecting• Calendar syncing instabilityAfter finally securing a support call (which required scheduling weeks in advance and only had availability between 12am–6am US time), the representative disconnected our V

Hi all, on Airbnb my upcoming reservations all have a message saying door code pending.  When I check Airbnb’s site they say this message may be related to an issue with the smart lock, but lock is online and working fine.  The moment they see I’m using hospitable, they tell me it’s a hospitable issue and to resolve with them, but I have not integrated smart lock with hospitable, only integrated with Airbnb since I’m on the essential plan.  Trying to figure out if I have an issue or not, and if codes will be sent to guests and status will change as reservations get closer to check in date.

I Host five properties in Long Beach, California, The Home of several events for the upcoming LA Olympics in July 2028. I currently have my calendar blocked until I can get an understanding of how the rates should be set for that period. Will dynamic pricing be taking this event into account and when?

We used Happy Guest and want to share our experience so other hosts can make an informed decision. During a financial audit of our account, we found charges that didn't match reservations or usage of the platform, or what we'd been agreed to: policy coverage that was added without our knowledge or approval, duplicate charges on the same reservation, and charges applied to guests who never even used the Happy Guest portal, despite being told directly that non-use of the portal meant no charge would apply (and instructions on how to avoid the charges). When we raised this, it took multiple escalations over about three weeks to get any real engagement. One rep's responses felt scripted and didn't address our questions to the point we thought we were being answered by AI. We were eventually told by phone that there is no signed written agreement, that pricing and policies are based on what was discussed in the original sales call rather than anything in writing. We were told they were goin

We have beautiful webpage in wich we have spent alot of money, time and effort to build. And unfortunately its destroyed by the hospitable direct booking widget.We need better integration options. Can it be done, and will it get done?

Figured I'd share this in case it's useful to someone.I manage 35+ cabins in Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear. The thing is, most owners up here have no idea what their place could actually make. Guys self managing think whatever they're pulling is the ceiling. Owners with a big management company watch their cabin sit for three months and figure that's just how the mountains are. Nobody tells them different.So I hooked the Hospitable MCP up to Claude and pulled our own data out of it. Reservation history, ADR, occupancy by month, property details on each listing. Then added PriceLabs market data on top and used all of it to figure out what actually drives revenue here.That part matters more than it sounds. National estimators weigh a pool heavy because pools matter everywhere else. Up here they basically don't exist. Hot tub is the real one, and not every property can even get one installed. I am writing to request technical support regarding an issue with the Schlage entry codes generated for my guests.Currently, the system initially sets the access code as the last four digits of the guest's phone number. However, prior to the scheduled check-in, guests receive an automated message stating that a problem occurred and a new, different code has been assigned.Could you please explain why these codes are being changed and how I can ensure the original code remains active? This inconsistency is causing confusion for guests during the check-in process.

Is anyone else having major issues getting a Vrbo account connected to Hospitable? I’m trying to connect my new property management client's Vrbo account, but the process has been stuck for weeks.I’ve been stuck on the "Complete VRBO Setup" / “Account Creation - This user account is already taken” step since early August. Every time I attempt the setup, Vrbo prompts to create a new account instead of recognizing the existing credentials, or gives an error stating the user account is already taken.I’ve been back and forth with Hospitable support, sending multiple screen recordings and following all suggested troubleshooting steps—including using incognito windows, logging out of traveler accounts, and attempting the "create new account" SSO flow. Support mentioned they escalated it directly to Vrbo Partner Support, but the ticket has been open for nearly a month with no resolution in sight.Has anyone run into this exact onboarding loop recently? Hi everyone - We are very established hosts in Oregon, with about 18 listings (~15 of which are active STRs).  We are taking a 12 day trip to Europe on Wednesday (yes -- tomorrow!).  Our co-host plan has just fallen through and we are scrambling a bit to find someone who can help us out during our 7-10 hour “sleep window”, which of course is right during the peak of activity due to the time zone difference.We have a well-oiled team of housekeepers, handymen, neighbors etc. and we really just need someone fluent in Hospitable to potentially respond to guests.  We maintain very high standards and are in the top 1% of our market.  We’re at a 4.99 overall with 3,500+ reviews, and we aim to keep it this way.We have uploaded thorough documents to the Knowledge hub, so “Suggest with AI” usually gets it mostly right -- but of course there are lots of times where it can’t (or shouldn’t!) answer. Our goal is to keep things extra simple during this 2 weeks.  No early check-ins, no discounts, basi
