Is there a way to utilize AI to analyze ALL guest messages and perhaps private reviews from Airbnb to identify cleaning/maintenance issues?

We have a conversation TODAY with our local cleaner and I would love to summarize comments from the year. I seem to remember something presented on one of the Town Halls but I can’t find anything when looking through help or the community on how.

  • For Reviews: Download your review data from Hospitable Metrics. Copy and paste them into an AI (like ChatGPT) in batches of 20. Pro-tip: Focus only on the last 3–6 months; data from a year ago likely won't reflect your cleaner's current performance.
