We have a conversation TODAY with our local cleaner and I would love to summarize comments from the year. I seem to remember something presented on one of the Town Halls but I can’t find anything when looking through help or the community on how.
Is there a way to utilize AI to analyze ALL guest messages and perhaps private reviews from Airbnb to identify cleaning/maintenance issues?

Yes but how amazing would it be if the issues that were raised were automatically turned in to suggested tasks?!?
For example, today a guest left a private feedback that a shower head is leaking when used and a toilet paper holder is loose.
IF AI was able to then prompt “would you like to create a maintenance task labelled “Fix Showerhead”?

I believe the team has been working on this. Right now, under Metrics, you should be able to access Latest Issue Alerts and Top Issue Alert Categories.

HostBuddy does a similar thing. I think it is only a matter of time before Hospitable builds this feature in as well.

For reviews, you could try HostPulse. It’s a relatively new app / integration. Not sure if it can do exactly what you’re aiming for, but it might be worth checking out. You can find more details in this conversation.
While searching for something else, I came across this in our Help Articles about all messages. It might be an option: Save all historical messages via Zapier. Just keep in mind that Inbox imports are capped at 5,000 historical conversations, so the full “all-time” history may not be available to export from Hospitable.

HostBuddy does a similar thing. I think it is only a matter of time before Hospitable builds this feature in as well.
The task detection piece is simple to build. On Prohost the advantage is there’s a full task manager so you can actually complete the task as well collaborating with your team rather than just detect it. There’s auto assignment rules and everything can be hooked up to AI workflows to bring the task to completion.
