We are experiencing ongoing, severe support and system issues with Hospitable that have now been unresolved for over one month. These issues began immediately after onboarding and migrating from Hostaway, particularly related to the VRBO integration.
I am just curious why it is impossible to get any customer service. I have had an open ticket since Friday, I pay extra for WhatsApp service which I created the ticket Friday and still have had zero response. Is this ever going to change? This is not

I just turned on the security deposit feature. It looks like guests need to pay it separately and it is not included in their standard reservation breakdown of costs such as with Airbnb. What happens if they decide not to pay it?

When a manual booking is put in - it needs to trigger emails and text messages to the guest because none of ours are actually going to out the manual booker. None of the message triggers are actually reaching them.
