Hello- is there any way to gather from a guest who directly books how they found our direct booking site? I have ads, word of mouth, Social Media, google, etc. wondering if there’s a way to ask how they found us similar to asking what the “purpose of travel” is. Thanks 😊

For now, you have a couple of options:
- Use a free text fillable field in your rental agreement where guests can type their answer (note: this will not provide a dropdown menu) .
- Ask the question in your automated messaging using a messaging rule.

Generally I try to ask this casually in a way like “out of curiosity how did you come across our direct booking site?” and then followup with language intentionally tryin not to communicate too much surprise (like, wow, I can’t believe you’re shopping here!) but rather interest.
