Hi, and welcome to our community! 💜

The Hospitable Community is designed to help hosts get the most out of the Hospitable software, but also to help you grow as a host and learn from others.

Come to the community to ask your questions, share your tips, and support the hosting community worldwide 🌎

If you’re a Hospitable customer, make sure to login with your Hospitable account for full Hospitable Community access. And don’t forget to update your profile with some details about yourself and a photo of you.

After you’ve read these tips, introduce yourself to the community and read the Hospitable Community Guidelines.

Here are five tips that will help you get started:

1. Complete your profile information

Everybody likes to know who they are speaking to.

In order to complete your profile information, go to the "My Profile" page. On this page, you can add:

  • A profile picture
  • Your company name
  • A bit about your hosting background
  • A short signature
  • The city and country you’re located
  • Your role in the industry

2. Search before you start a new topic

The question you’re asking might have been asked before. Try searching the community first before you start a new question or discussion. You can find the search bar at the top of every page in our community.

3. Don't be afraid to ask

Sometimes new users are afraid to start their own question or discussion. Should a reply to you (or in an already existing discussion) be too technical or complicated, don't hesitate to ask about it.

Asking questions in the open will help you and others with the same question.

4. Be detailed when you describe your question / issue

Should you have a question or an issue, please try to include as much information as possible (don’t include private personal information, though, as this is a public forum). This will help other users to understand exactly what you want to know. You can even add images and videos to your question.

5. Be patient and don't spam

Sometimes it might take a little bit of time until the right user reads your question. Please do not share the same question in several topics, especially if the topic is not related to your specific question.
