Calendar
The updated calendar is live 🗓
- You now get the new calendar with faster loading and smoother scrolling across large portfolios
- Update prices, availability, minimum stays, and notes without the calendar slowing down or redrawing everything on screen
- You’ll see the calendar open almost instantly, with the dates you’re viewing loaded first and the rest filled in behind the scenes
- You can navigate months and properties more smoothly thanks to a rebuilt grid that stays responsive even on accounts with many listings
- You also get a refreshed design, including a new header, updated filters, cleaner task views, and a rebuilt mobile experience
Guest Portal
More control over smart lock access 🔐
- You can now customize the Getting Inside panel in the guest portal to better match your check-in flow
- Turn the panel off completely if you do not want guests to see smart lock details
- Choose when guests see their entry code and lock controls so access is shared at the right time

Offer trip insurance after Direct booking 💌
- If trip insurance is available for your Direct booking guests, they now see a clear option to buy coverage in their booking confirmation email
- Guests can click straight through to the guest portal to purchase insurance, making it easier to add protection after they book
MCP and API
Rental Agreements are now available 📑
- You can now access rental agreement summaries on reservations through the API, MCP, and webhooks, including the agreement name, ID, and whether it has been signed
- Retrieve full agreement details through new API endpoints, including completed fields, filled content, and a PDF download link
- Search your rental agreements more easily with a dedicated agreements endpoint that lets you filter by reservation or signing status
- React faster to guest progress with webhook updates when a rental agreement is created or signed
Airbnb
See exactly why Airbnb rejected your changes ⁉️
- You now get a clear alert when Airbnb does not accept an update so you are not left thinking it saved when it did not
- Jump straight to the problem field with a link to fix issues faster
- Rejected Airbnb values are marked as not saved so you can instantly see what still needs attention
- You see a plain language reason under the field such as “unsupported emoji contact details” or “all caps” so you know what to change
- Your other channel settings stay untouched and the warning disappears as soon as Airbnb accepts your corrected update
Properties
Control your listing location privacy across channels 📍
- You can now choose whether guests see your exact property location from one setting in the property’s Location tab
- The setting can apply to all linked channels, and you can still override it for specific channels when needed
- Your current channel settings are imported and kept in sync, so your existing privacy preferences stay the same until you update them
- Once you save a change in Hospitable, your exact location setting is updated across your connected channels for you
- New Vrbo listings created through Hospitable now default to showing the exact location, which can help improve visibility and conversion
Metrics
See refunds in your Metrics export 📊
- You can now see refunded amounts in your Metrics reservations export with a new Refund column
- Refunds like returned cleaning fees appear next to the payout instead of being left out of the export
- You can add the Refund column from the column picker to customize your export
- Reconcile reservation payouts more accurately because refunds are clearly shown as negative amounts
