These Community Guidelines should not only help you understand how to act within the community but also help you understand what to expect from others in this space.

Hospitality is in the name
As a company, we’re built around transparency, humility, and care. Naturally, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where all members are treated with respect, kindness, and dignity. Constructive debates and dialogues are encouraged, but civility is expected.
No irrelevant content, solicitations, or spam
Irrelevant content, links, solicitation, and spam are prohibited and will be deleted. This is a learning space, and we want to keep it safe and welcoming.
Ask your questions and keep it positive
Your questions are welcome and we’re always here to help you when you have a problem. As challenges often come up in this business, use this group as a support to reach out to other hosts and find a positive outcome. Please, remember to keep the tone and mood in the community positive. Constantly expressing negative comments in the group will not be tolerated and you may be suspended for this behaviour.
Privacy protection
Mutual trust is relied upon. Sensitive and private information should not be shared. If you have a Hospitable product issue that requires sharing personally identifiable account information, please escalate it to support@hospitable.com or via the chat function within Hospitable. To protect trust, we can’t reply publicly about account-specific situations.
We lift each other, bullying is not welcome
This is a space where we will work together to become better hosts and investors, and lend a hand to those who need it. Our group will focus on building each other up. Bullying or harassment are not welcome and we ask that you respect our community and all of those who are a part of it.
Persistent or excessive violations of these guidelines will result in a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to post.
How to report violations of the Community Guidelines
Should you come across a post or a comment that goes against these guidelines, please click on the three dots on the bottom right of a post, and click "Flag." A member of the Hospitable Team will review and take the appropriate actions. We reserve the right to remove posts or delete accounts in the event they are detrimental to the Hospitable Community.
