Is it possible to see revenue per month but not bu check in date but what was actually the revenue ONLY in a specific month?

When I try to access the dashboard, it takes me to the “legacy’ product. 
Does this mean I don’t have the “proper” subscription tier? 
(Hospitable user since … 2021?)

Is there a way to view the old metrics dashboard? Our revenue is showing much less than it was prior and it is confusing.

Hi, metrics is now incomprehensible for me. Am I doing something wrong?
It was so good and simple before this upgrade. 

Can I keep using the old version or view a webinar to help understand how to use the new version.

@Alex 66 not yet, we are actively working towards that!

@erin-brighthouse yes, you are currently on the Legacy subscription. You can check what your plan is if you go under Settings → Subscription. To access the new Metrics, you would need to upgrade to one of our newer plans.

 

Is there a way to view the old metrics dashboard? Our revenue is showing much less than it was prior and it is confusing. 

@wendyross you can still access the old metrics dashboard. It’s the “Exports” tab in the Metrics. When comparing the new and old metrics, make sure you have the same filters applied. That can sometimes be a bit confusing. If you are seeing discrepancies, reach out and we’d be happy to look into them!

I’m missing the most important metrics, our guests. Can we please get guests metrics e.g. number of guests/reservations by country, statistic of guest group size in a property, e.g. my villa takes 4-11 guests per reservation (ideally also adults vs. children vs. babies).
Also a  widget for complete guests list with name, email, phone number etc. would be great for marketing purposes.
Ideally you offer a configurable widget where we can pick the variables and visualize them. Similar access to variables that we already have in messaging would be great.

I also would like to see the pro-rated by night instead of pro-rated by reservation feature as soon as possible. It shows wrong numbers if reservations are long and revenue is grouped by month or week

We’re working on expanding our guest-related metrics so you can get better insights into them.
You will also be able to create custom widgets through Copilot (Mogul plan). You’ll simply tell Copilot what you want to see, and it will generate the widget for you and let you add it to any dashboard.

Regarding pro-rated revenue by night: this is something we’re actively exploring. We are working on bringing it to Metrics as soon as possible. We’ll keep you posted!

I’m still struggling with clear revenue numbers - I appreciate that cleaning fees are optionally removed, but it looks now like taxes are included if they’re pass through and not included if they’re paid which honestly makes the revenue numbers in the dashboard not useful.  I’m still going to have to export and do manual calculations to get a basic revenue that includes “base rent minus discounts plus pet fee if applicable”.  And honestly even with this explanation my spreadsheet still doesn’t match the new dashboard so I’m still struggling just a bit!  Thanks for listening :).

One more request - would LOVE a widget for revenue by property.  I think there are still a lot of us with just a handful of properties and being able to compare revenues and other financials easily within a widget by property is critical.  It can be scrollable for those with more properties than say 4.
