  • Use millions of data points to set the proper rates to fill your calendar and wallet
  • Stay in full control by customizing your strategy and manually overriding prices at any time
  • Before turning it on, you can preview how our dynamic pricing tool will affect your rates for up to 24 months
  • Dynamic Pricing is available for users on our Host, Professional, and Mogul plans
  • Legacy users will need to upgrade their plan to have it enabled on their account

Direct

Updated states where we file and remit taxes 🗃️

  • We're now retaining and remitting the following taxes for our Direct Premium users:
  • Florida state sales tax
  • Utah state and local sales tax
  • Alabama state lodging tax
  • New Jersey state sales tax

Improved booking for Direct Basic guests 📆

  • It's easier for Direct Basic guests to fill in and confirm their billing address when booking

Arbitrage is now an option as a business type 🏘️

  • Similar to the Owner business type, but now you have a "Building Rent" as an expense category rather than "Mortgage"

Owner Statements

New status for paid statements and invoices ✅

  • Keep track of which statements and invoices have been paid out to owners
  • You'll see a new Paid status for this on the statements list
  • This also allows profit and loss reports to be available for Property Manager and Owner business types
  • A more extensive list of transactions is also now available for property managers

Booking.com

Creating and listing is now in a public beta 🏡

  • You can now create and manage Booking.com listings directly from Hospitable
  • Use existing Airbnb listing data to create your Booking.com listing
  • It's available to all Hospitable users who have beta features enabled

Rental Agreements

Show rental agreement previews during booking 📑

  • Direct guests now see all required agreements with a clickable name that opens a preview

Hey ​@Paul! Of course, there might be a little confusion so wanted to add some clarity. This section is used for the product changelog, where weekly product related updates will be posted. Similar to how we post them here. The Town Hall recaps will be located here in the Company Updates section and should always include a link to the Town Hall recording (with different timestamp links for the different product areas discussed). Hope that helps!
