There are some exciting updates to help you create and sell more upsells, collect security deposits, and manage your autopilot cleanings! We've also released a new version of our Zapier integration.
Upsells
Offer upsells to guests during check-in tasks 🛒
- If you have upsells to offer guests, they will now be presented to guests after completing their check-in tasks
- Guests can purchase upsells on the spot or skip the screen and be directed to the guest portal
- If you're not offering any upsells, guests will be directed to the guest portal home screen

Upsell templates for easy creation 🛍
- You can easily create upsells with a single click, which includes product descriptions and images
- You will find these templates under Upsells in the Guest Experience menu
Security Deposits
Collection reminders sent to guests 💌
- We now send a reminder to guests three days before check-in about collecting the requested security deposit
- Direct guests will receive an email, and guests through a booking channel will receive the message in their inbox

Airbnb
Host only fees migration updates 💸
- The fee breakdown now visualizes prices and fees before and after the migration
- You will see the updated fee alerts until October 27, when the migration is to take place
- This will show to users with listings going from the split 3% fee to the host-only 15.5% fee, plus those seeing small increases, like 15% to 15.5%
- This list of users will grow on Monday to also include hosts with only host-only fee listings
Operations
View images from Autopilot Cleaning tasks 🖼
- By clicking into a task on your calendar, you will now see an updated task screen that includes details and images
- There is now a photos section in the automated task screen, allowing you to see images uploaded by your cleaner
- There are before and after images of the cleaning itself, and images for the individual tasks on the provided checklist
- You can click into the images and scroll through them to better view the work done

- More data is now available to be used in your automations, allowing you greater personalization
