You can now control when teammates get paid and which bank account funds each task, making it easier to manage cash flow, owners, and service fees.
We’ve introduced payment scheduling for Hospitable Tasks, along with support for multiple bank accounts, so you have much more flexibility in how payouts are handled.
What’s new
Payment scheduling is available on Host, Professional, and Mogul plans. Essentials customers continue to pay teammates per task.
1. Choose when teammates get paid
Instead of paying after every task, you can now set a schedule per teammate:
- Per task (default)
- Weekly (choose a day)
- Every two weeks (choose a day)
- Monthly (1st or 5th)
This helps you group payouts and better align them with your operations.
Go to Operations → Teammates and open the teammate you want to update.
You can also view upcoming teammate payouts by going to Operations → Task management → Payments
2. Use multiple bank accounts for tasks
You can now connect more than one bank account and decide which one funds each task.
- Per task rule (for recurring tasks like cleans)
- Per task (one-off overrides)
Why this matters
Better cash flow control
You can group payouts per task, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly instead of paying after every task.
Clearer accounting
Assign different bank accounts to different tasks or task rules so funds come from the right place automatically.
Less day-to-day admin
Set the schedule once and let payouts run on their own.
No more moving money around or reconciling payouts at the end of the month.
Reduce service fees
Essentials users will pay 2.5% per task capped at $5.
Host, Professional and Mogul will pay 1.5% per payout, capped at $5 per teammate per payout run. If you pay a teammate weekly or monthly, the maximum service fee will be $5 per teammate per week (or per month) — no matter how many tasks they complete or how much they're paid.
Host, Professional and Mogul get one free payout run per active property per month.
By bundling tasks into a single scheduled payout, Host, Professional and Mogul users keep service fees to a minimum - one capped fee per payout run instead of a fee on every task.
A few things to know
- Funds are pulled up to 5 days before payout to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Once a task is funded, it’s locked to that payout
- Teammates must complete payout setup before they can be paid
