- Airbnb Listing Status: Keep an eye on your listing quality with the current status
- Airbnb Quality Ranking: Know where you stand among other listings with a score based on reviews and compliance
- Airbnb Reservation Issues: Stay on top of any recent issues reported by Airbnb
- These will help you stay in the top 10% of homes with a score of 90% or higher on Airbnb Quality Ranking
Dynamic Pricing
Set minimum and max prices by the day of week 📆
- You can now easily set minimum and maximum prices for specific days of the week
- The interface is similar to our Dynamic Minimum Night Stays settings for consistency
Owners Portal
Owners can easily manage bank accounts and payouts 🏦
- The Owner’s Portal now has a combined Payments & Payouts page with quick overviews
- They have the ability to update bank account names and view payout and payment history
- These updates will help us prepare for supporting multiple bank accounts and connected accounts for specific properties
API
Retrieve reservations with the reservation code 🔗
- You can now use the Get Reservation endpoint with the reservation code instead of only being able to use the UUID
- This will simplify the process while saving time and effort creating workflows
