Airbnb top rated guests discount

I signed up for it last night and (after chatting with Ai about our Airbnb customer profile a bit) we decided to do a mark up of 14%. I am curious how this will work. How about you?

​@Stay Salty It showed up for me a day or two ago. I'll be implementing it by grossing up with a 17.65% markup before offering the discount. That way it becomes a 15% tax on crappy guests and only good guests get to pay the regular price :-)
