Curious to see what other operators out there are using for damage waiver protection for their homes. We have used Truvi the past two years and we have seen their process change alot lately. They used to be known for replacing damaged linens and towels, etc...but any damaged linen, towel, bedding, etc that we have reported lately they have declined it saying its normal use.
Even after being washed, time stamped, and before and afters. We have been declined every time lately.
Are there any operators that are satisfied with alternative companies?
