How does everyone find new units or properties for purchase?

I’d build the pipeline from a few places rather than rely on one “turnkey” site. STR focused agents, local investor groups, direct owner outreach, and operators looking to exit can uncover opportunities before they hit the MLS. There are also STR specific marketplaces like Rabbu, but I’d still verify the actual revenue, expenses, permits, HOA rules, and what really transfers with the sale. “Turnkey” doesn’t necessarily mean the Airbnb account, reviews, or future bookings transfer with the property.
