Instant Book not auto booking

Have you checked the corresponding settings on the OTAs directly? Maybe Hospitable isn't synchronizing this setting for some reason.

I checked there too… so strange! 

​@ShaylaDempsey that’s pretty weird. I know sometimes when you set up a new listing on Airbnb it defaults to “Approve your first 3 bookings manually and then we’ll switch you to Instant Book.” If you don’t think that’s what happened then you definitely have the evidence to open a ticket with Airbnb support because at this point it’s not Hospitable, based on the settings you’ve shown in your Airbnb account.

What I found internally is that following can flip Instant Book to pending: 

• ​Airbnb Instant Booking guest requirements​: if the guest doesn't meet your Instant Booking requirements (govt ID, positive reviews, profile photo, trip info), Airbnb routes them to Request to Book automatically, even with IB on. You can check Airbnb → Guests → Requirements for Instant Book.
• Vrbo Partner: Request to Book is expected in some cases​: Vrbo Partner doesn't allow Instant Book inside the 48h pre-check-in window (structural Vrbo rule).
