My email box is flooded with Hospitable messages because I run 16 very busy properties.  Its polluting my email and making me very ineffective.  I only one want the new reservation messages but I get everything else that is an auto message setup.  I know my auto messages are setup, I don’t need hospitable to remind me that its going to send it out.

Also is there anyway to add the reservation details(especially money) to the new reservation emails?  I like to get a quick snap picture of the what/how/when/house of the reservation when it happens.  I don’t really need a screen capture of the “new reservation” email it sent to the guest.

Thanks always for your help.

Hi @lance here is what could help.

  1. Stop the auto-message reminder emails

Go to Settings → Preferences → Notifications and turn off "Receive email notifications when a message is sent". That stops the reminders for every automated message without touching your new-reservation alerts. If you want to thin them further, disable or narrow the messaging rules you don't need under Guest Experience → Messaging Rules.

  1. Get the reservation snapshot (money / who / when / which house) in the new-booking email

The new-reservation email comes from a notification rule, not a system default. Go to Operations → Notification Rules, open your New reservation rule (or add one to the Owner role), and edit the email template using shortcodes — e.g. %property%, %guest_first_name%, %checkin_date%, %checkout_date%, %nights%, %adults%, %payout%.

That gives you the what/how/when/house + money snapshot inline, no screenshot of the guest-facing email needed.

I hope this helps. 💜
