Minimum guest age for room rental

Hospitable doesn't have a dedicated minimum guest age field that syncs to booking channels as a hard requirement. You could instead enforce it by clearly stating the minimum age in your house rules or policies, and including it in your rental agreement.

I have the same issue and my minimum age to rent is wrong with Vrbo and there is no field in Hospitable under property rules.  I have spoken with Vrbo a couple of different times and here is there most recent reply:

If your property management software doesn’t have a field for the minimum age requirement, you won’t be able to update that rule directly from your PMS. In this case, you’ll need to check if your PMS provider can add that option or if there’s a way to sync custom house rules.

If that’s not possible, the minimum age setting won’t update on Vrbo until it’s managed through your PMS. You might want to reach out to your PMS support to see if they can help add this field or sync it over.

Yes...I can add it to my rental agreement but that’s not going to change what the guest sees when they are doing a property search.  We do need a minimum age requirement field as soon as possible.
