Owner Statement Tracking Issue – "Owner Income" Not Displaying Properly

This month marks the first time I’ve used the owner statement feature in conjunction with co-host payouts. Overall, the tracking looks good—however, the “Owner Income” field is not displaying correctly.

This figure is obviously one of the most important metrics for my owners, but unfortunately, customer support hasn’t been able to provide a solution.

For context:

The Airbnb payout is remitted directly to us (the co-host).
The VRBO payout is sent directly to the owner.
Owner payouts are being held by the owner, yet the system does not reflect this under “Owner Income.”

Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or found a workaround? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Late reply, but in case you're still reconciling this by hand: the reason Owner Income looks wrong is that two different questions are being mixed together — what the owner earned this month, and what the owner has already received.

With Airbnb paying you as co-host and Vrbo paying the owner directly, month-end works in three steps:

1. Earned: for every booking on both channels, split the booking into what the owner earned and what you earned (after platform fees, your commission and cleaning).
2. Received: separately, list the cash each of you actually got — the Airbnb payouts landed with you, the Vrbo payouts landed with the owner.
3. Settle the difference: you hold Airbnb cash that is partly the owner's, and the owner holds Vrbo cash that is partly yours (your commission on those stays). Net the two and you get one transfer — usually you → owner, but in a heavy Vrbo month it can flip to owner → you.

Any tool that only reports payouts it received itself can't show step 3, which is why the owner figure never looks right when one channel pays the owner directly.
