Pet Agreement Language Template?

PET POLICY:

Guest’s well behaved, house trained dogs are welcome with prior approval at an additional rate of $25-/dog/night ($40 for two dogs) and capped at $250-/400 (2) dogs per month. There is a two dog maximum.  All pet fees must be paid in advance within 72 hours of booking.

• Do NOT leave your dog at the house unattended.  Dogs are permitted to be left in the backyard as long as there are no complaints about excessive barking.
• DO NOT lock your pets in the bedrooms, laundry room or bedrooms, as they may cause damage to doors and walls trying to get out.
• Guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses and tags, including name tags.
• Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur. House towels are NOT to be used for pets.  However, we will provide two dog towels.
• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• If guests’ dog sheds, please brush dog outside daily.
• As a courtesy to others, guests will walk their dog to the road before allowing them to relieve themselves.
• Guests must pick up after their dog and discard waste properly. Plastic bags can be found under the kitchen sink.
• Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers. Guests may use the garden hose and spigot in the backyard for such purpose.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.
• Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes.
• Guests must agree to follow the Pet Policy by replying affirmatively before check-in.
