What is the best way to complete this? Does Hospitable have a native integration with GHL? I’m considering using Webhooks of Zapier. Curious as to if anybody has done this yet. Thanks in advance.

Hi Scott.

Short answer: We do not have a native GoHighLevel integration today. While we provide resources for partners to build integrations it is ultimately up to them to build the integrations, as they are the expects in their products.

As GoHighLevel have a Zapier integration, It think this is definitely the route to go down. I am not familiar with the functionality they provide through Zapier but you could use the reservation created or updated trigger to send the data you need.

A few best practices:

- Email availability varies by channel, especially Airbnb and Booking.com. You may get a proxy or no email until certain conditions are met. Consider phone as a secondary key, and avoid marketing messages without consent

- Add a Zapier filter for status to avoid sending cancelled or test bookings

- If you expect multiple updates, dedupe by reservation code to prevent duplicate opportunities

Thanks

@scotts - what areas are you looking to have integrated?
