Upsells

Upsells are available on all booking channels

• Regardless of which platform a reservation comes in from (even iCal and manual), guests can now purchase upsells in the guest portal

• You will receive the payout for the upsell just like a Direct booking, 24 hours after check-ins

• Guests will receive an email confirmation if they provide an email address on the checkout page

Add pictures and descriptions to your upsells

• Add more context when offering upsells to guests with a photo and description

• You can also add quantities to your products or services so guests can purchase multiple

Upsells can be purchased on accepted bookings

• Guests can only purchase an upsell after you have accepted their reservation

• They can still view your offered products and services but are not able to checkout

Accounting

Quickbooks Integration 2.0 is available

• Our Quickbooks accounting integration has gotten a massive overhaul thanks to our product team and accountant in-residence

• We now customize your accounting based on the kind of business model you are operating

• We will make your accounting more intuitive based on whether you own, rent, property manage, or co-manage

• It is available for all Mogul users, and we're offering free 1-on-1 onboarding calls with our accounting team to help get your account set up

Dynamic Pricing

Preview pricing in the multi-calender view

• You will now see a Preview Dynamic Pricing option when in the multi-calendar view

• It will apply to all valid properties and show the suggested pricing, with the option to explore the different pricing strategies

Advanced settings added for pricing strategy

• You can now go into advanced settings to customize your weekend and local events and demand rate strategies

• You will also see five presets instead of three, just in case you want to be extra ambitious with your pricing

• This is available for Mogul users but will be released for all once we collect feedback and finalize testing

Rental Agreements

More intuitive shortcodes and custom codes

• Now you can click and drag your shortcodes and custom codes to place them more easily throughout your agreement template

• You can also easily delete codes by clicking the X present on them

Booking.com

Conditional fees are available for listings 🤌

• You can now choose between per person per night or per person per stay for your Booking.com listings

• This is not able to be applied to pet fees based on Booking.com restrictions

Agoda

It's more intuitive to connect Agoda as a channel

• We will now provide the special contacts email and how to set it up within Hospitable on all Agoda listings

• This was sent to you as an email previously

Use of host name instead of listing name 🪪

• We're now importing the host's profile details and displaying them when using shortcodes instead of the property details

General

Daily Digest email sent based on your settings

• Your Daily Digest email, which contains your upcoming check-ins and check-outs, will now be sent based on your start-of-the-week settings

• You can find this setting under Preferences > General > Start of Week
