Hi I started with hospitable (in Australia) a few months ago. I have 4 actual properties but 2 of them have options to be booked in different property, so either as a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom. same property.
Pricing should be $89 a month for 2 properties and $25 for any of the other properties that are booked in the month. I have just received invoice for $189 plus gst 10% (this is not shown when signing up that gst is added) i think by law it should be included in price.
But the dates for this billing period is 7 april to 7 may.  So how can i be charged for the future dates without knowing which properties are booked.
I have been chatting to smarty, that seems not to be too smart. Human support doesnt seem to work in australia time zone.

Just a quick question as to whether you’re sure you have these listings set up as parent-child listings?

While Support may not be in your exact time zone, there are definitely a decent amount of the support staff in Asia who are perhaps 2 hours or so behind New South Wales this time of year. They are probably backlogged a bit, but I wouldn’t worry too much about the time zone difference.
