I’ve recently purchased the lease of an existing listing, which is directly across the street from my current listing in Houston, which has performed really well over the past year. The model, layout and amenities for the two listings are very similar, and they both performed similarly last year from a revenue and occupancy perspective.
Does anyone have a similar scenario? If so, what efforts have you undertaken to ‘Co-Market’ the listings. Both listings sleep 12, so I’m hoping to leverage opportunities for groups larger than 12 to potentially offer a discount for booking both listings.
