My site was recently shut down due to unpaid invoices, even though I have direct debit set up and verified all my information is correct. I receive payments from them just fine with the same data, but their direct debit is not working. I cannot find any other way to pay these invoices and I cannot even find a customer service number. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a phone number for hosts to call booking because it is not easily found if there is.
Yes indeed, same issue here and honestly I don’t have much good to say with Booking.com with 10+ stays having come through the platform. 2/10 have been quality guests, 2 have been drug dealers, 2 have been party ragers, and every.single.month I get notices from Booking.com that require visiting some relic from 1994 called The Extranet only to pay invoices that entail a rabbit hunt to find in the first place.
Personally I’d love Booking.com to grow up and take their commissions out of the pay they send, simplifying the platform immensely.

Exactly. I didn't have issues until I realized my *supposed to be* automated payments were not coming out and now they tell me the only way to pay is to wire it, which costs $35 every time to do. I will be getting my invoices cleaned up and my listing cancelled. Agree 💯 that they should take it out of my commission and not invoice us and I told it to the rep I got ahold of today. Unacceptable.
It's unfortunate because they have been a lot of my bookings but this headache is absolutely not worth it.
I’ve been with Booking.com for several years, and they are simply a notoriously difficult partner to work with. It’s my belief that their platform just isn’t well suited to STR’s, as opposed to Hotels.
The End User Experience is very clunky and difficult to navigate and, to your point, they are difficult, if not impossible to get ahold of via phone, and I’ve never once received a response to any email issues that I’ve submitted. I still have some old listings on the platform that I no longer manage. At least a half dozen times over the past 2 years, I’ve requested these listings be deleted, but they are still on my profile. I’ve followed their direction to ‘cancel the contract’ for these listings, but the listings never have been deleted from my profile.
To pay their invoices, go to admin.booking.com and log into your account. Navigate to ‘Finance’ then ‘Invoices’ and you should be able to find your open invoices.
I’ve spoke with them twice about having the commissions taken out of my payouts, which they agreed could be done and told me they would set up on their end, but they still send the invoices separately, which are easy to miss, as their ‘extranet’ site is such a train wreck!
