ChargeAutomation (CA) has been around for almost 10 years so its a lot more feature rich than than suiteOp (they are relatively new).
CA is the only one in the industry that offers chargeback protection on payments, security deposit etc.

There are also few other differentiators depending on your needs. Some features that are in CA not but in SuiteOp
1. Collect data from all guests (not just main guest)
2. Guest can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Ideal (+ other local options)
3. External Upsells ( embed third party provider upsells)
4. Controlled guidebook (control when access code etc is visible conditional on security deposit, balance, checkin time etc)
5. Multi language  (guests can get notifications and experience checkin in their language)
6. Tags (customize your online checkin experience based on property, booking source, guest type etc)
7. 1-click upsells (~22% higher conversion) as guests dont have to put payment card again once they put it with the reservation

Hello. I talked to both of them and chose Chargeautomation. Much more (very much!!!) responsive support and sales team, more functionality, the interface if more friendly. Really not nice experience with SuiteOP support. It was autumn 2024. I work with Chargeautomation now. Hope this helps.
