What are your management fees and how often do you get paid or bill the owners for the folks that are managing properties for others?

Hi, I invoice 10% on net revenu. Charging on gross revenue can be viewed as unfair by property owner. Moreover, charging on net revenu allows to abstract platform commission out from négociation with property owner. A discount from 10 to 50% can apply depending on owner's property number and potential revenues. For each Booking I charge a stripe invoice payable by card or direct transfert. Regards Michel


I charge anywhere from 10-30%, depending on the scope of my services (either solely managing the OTA listing, or providing a full suite of Prop Mgmt Services).   I calculate the fees based solely on Nightly rate + any upsells (Pet fees, gameroom use, transportation, etc).   Housekeeping is typically a ‘pass through fee’ (I bill the guest the Hskp fees, then pass the fee on to the housekeeper).

 

I do charge a Management fee for all listings, which is not split with the Owner.
