Trying to connect to VRBO

I had my VRBO account connected to Hospitable through a property managers account. We are no longer using a property manager and now we want to manage our VRBO listing and connect it to my account.

 

When I try to connect I get:


Connection failed
Error 200: {"data":{"channel_id":1605186,"uid":453870,"login":"28harmonyplace@gmail.com","user_id":"0b86f742-c00a-5178-a72a-9626679899d2","success":false}}

I need help migrating this VRBO listing to my account.
