We can support these features by implementing a payment infrastructure to handle your payouts. The latest product updates
Offer premium upsells to all your guests
Guests can now purchase upsells regardless of the platform they came through. This includes all of your channels, manual reservations, and even iCal import bookings! This is now available for all Direct Premium users, but it will soon be out for everyone. Legacy users will need to be Direct Premium subscribers. You can also add an image to showcase your upsells to guests!
An upgraded rental agreement experience
Rental agreements now have more customizable reminders! You can now update their content and the time they’re sent. Fillable fields are also now available to collect information from your guests. Lastly, you will very soon be able to connect ID collection and verification to your guests’ rental agreements for only $2 per booking! You can test this out by joining the pilot.
Protection with easy security deposits
Security deposits will be in a private pilot for Airbnb bookings, and you can join the pilot here! Simply set the deposit amount for your property, and we’ll automate the notification, collection, holding, and release of the deposit to the guest! We’re even including guest verification for free on every security deposit. Direct Premium security deposits are still in beta for everyone to try.
Accounting support for all business models
We now offer support for all different business models for hosts who are using Quickbooks and want to continue using it through our integration! Mogul users can now connect multiple accounts, use more comprehensive transaction categories, and book a call with our accounting team to get help onboarding the Quickbooks connection!
