Hi everyone! 🖐 Mari here, from your friendly team at VRPlatform. We have been a Hospitable partner for a couple years now, and we are excited to be part of this community! Whether you are waist-deep in owner statements or you are just curious about dipping your toe into managing properties that you don’t own, we’re here to put your accounting worries to rest.
A little about me: My husband and I live in Oklahoma City with our dog and our cat 🐈, we just ran a half marathon in Kauai (and then promptly headed to the breweries), and I have been training in aerial dance for over 7 years. Before joining the vacation rental industry, I worked for companies in the health foods and oil and gas industries, and this one is my favorite by far!

📅 Years Hosting: 20+ I've been in hospitality my whole life! From working in hotels in South Beach to managing my family's beach cabin resort in South America for 15+ years. Now, I have been in real estate for well over 5 years and self-manage our properties.
🤝 What you do: I'm a real estate investor, realtor, co-host, and property manager.
🏡 Number of properties managed: 2 vacation rentals (our own), and 6 long term rental for clients. Actively looking to acquire more properties, looking to purchase conventional and creatively for ourselves and for clients.
🎨 Interesting fact about you: I'm passionate about hospitality and real estate and love finding creative ways to make a deal work, including sub2 and rental arbitrage. I'm always looking to connect with other like-minded investors and acquire new properties like vacation homes, boutique hotels, inns, and RV parks.

- 📅 I have been in this industry for 6 years!
- 🤝 I am the founder and CEO of StayFi, and we work with 100s of Hospitable users to help them drive more direct bookings for their listings.
- 🏡 StayFi is in over 80,000 properties worldwide.
- 🎨 I used to run marketing for a mobile payments company jointly owned by AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Unfortunately, it was called Isis—which made for some confused (and often entertaining) conversations.
