Hey everyone! Jamie here.

I’m an active Hospitable host and the founder of JottoGo, which grew out of the welcome-note workflow I built for my own properties.

Hey everyone — first post here, wanted to introduce myself.

I'm Todd, founder of Rinsebase. My wife works in the cleaning industry, and
Rinsebase came out of watching the chaos behind every turnover up close — the
spreadsheet scheduling, the "is it clean yet?" texts, the no-photo guesswork.
So I built the software I wished her company had.

Honest part: Rinsebase isn't built for hosts — it's built for the cleaning
companies that serve you. But that's exactly why it matters to you. When your
cleaning company runs on Rinsebase, your turnovers get:

📅  Auto-scheduled from your Hospitable calendar — a booking comes in, a clean
gets dispatched to the right crew. No back-and-forth.
 📸  Photo-verified — before/after photos on every clean, so "is it guest-ready?"
     stops being a question.
 ✅  Guest-ready confirmed before check-in.

We just became an official Hospitable integration partner (a few of you may have
caught us in the last town hall), so connecting is a couple of clicks.

Two quick things, then I'll get out of the way:
 1. If you work with a cleaning company — tell them about us, or send them my
way and I'll personally get them set up. Smoother turnovers for you, free
    on your end.
 2. If you handle your own turnovers — you can use it too.

Mostly though, I'm here to learn from this community — you know the host side
better than anyone. Happy to answer anything about cleaning ops, turnovers, or
photo verification. Glad to be here.

— Todd, Founder of Rinsebase

Congrats @Rinsebase_Todd ! I would like to encourage you, if it's not already available, to create the capability of videos being part of this platform. We found that videos can be a much easier way for us to get a true guest view of our entire property, more easily than large amounts of photos.

Hi everyone, my name is Tommy and I’m the founder of TurnMyBnb.com.  I was an engineer at Microsoft for 11 years and have since been working in the STR industry with my wife Lina.  Lina runs a cleaning company in Greater Phoenix focusing on STR’s, and since I’m an engineer I was looking for operational gaps to fill with technology being the nerd that I am :) Would love to engage with any and all hosts willing to discuss operational problems that you need help with. I’m genuinely curious, specifically, in any turnover pain you have been having so I can see if I can solve it for you! Aside from that, I love hiking, mountain biking, road tripping, lifting weights, and really anything that requires movement.  Cheers everyone!

🤝 What we do: Co-founder of GuestCharge. We help short-term rental hosts bill guests for EV charging. Guests scan a QR code on the charger and pay per kWh by card, and the host gets paid automatically. We're working on our Hospitable integration at the moment, which is what brought me here.

Really glad to be here. If anyone has questions about EV charging at their properties, whether that's chargers, billing guests, or the rules around reselling electricity in the UK, ask away. Happy to help where I can!

Great concept. I know electricity in the UK is even more insane than the US so this is particularly important I’m sure.
