We have some great usability updates for the Tasks App and Owner Statement, making them more efficient for your teammates and property owners! We’ve also made it easier to set pet rules and fees throughout your portfolio.
Operations
Portuguese language added for Tasks App 🇵🇹
- We’ve added Portuguese in the Task App to increase available usage
- Checklists, messages, upsells, and more will auto-translated to Portuguese
- This is the second (Spanish) of many languages to be added and we’ll soon be translating help materials to help train teammates easier
Teammate reviews of guest cleanliness on your dashboard ⭐️
- You can now view your teammate’s reviews for guest cleanliness on your dashboard
- Guest reviews with 3 stars or less will be highlighted on the dashboard for you so view
- This allows you to easily identify problematic guests and take immediate necessary actions
Speech-to-text for guest reviews 💬
- Teammates can now easily leave detailed guest reviews by using speech-to-text instead of strictly typing
- This will greatly save time and effort for teammates trying to efficiently complete tasks for you
Filter tasks on the overview page 🗂
- You can now easily filter your Operations overview page see tasks that are relevant to you
- Customize your task view to fit your specific needs by filtering by assignee, property, or time period
Listing Management
Pet rules and fees seamlessly set to listings 🐶
- Allowing guests to bring pets can now be set per booking channel in your listing management settings, including Airbnb, Vrbo, and Direct
- Saving house rules and pet fees will now prompts a dialogue when there is a discrepancy
- Reservation details now accurately reflect the per-channel allow-pets value for guests
- Existing listings will not be bulk-updated as the changes will only occur when you save or add a new listing
- This update does not automatically set pet fees or change pet settings on Booking.com and Agoda
Owner Statements
Easier-to-read statements with improved accessibility 📖
- Owner statements and invoices will now use the same larger, higher-contrast design as the main app
- We’ve improved navigation for smaller screens, like mobile devices
- All rows, download links, and attachments are now reachable by using the keyboard
- We’ve also properly labeled statement tables for screen readers to read column by column
Owners Portal
Reviews respect the portal start date and offer new privacy control 📆
- Guest reviews that owners can view now use the same date as when the portal was first accessed
- You can now turn off “Show private review feedback” in the settings to only display public reviews and host replies
- Existing accounts with reviews enabled will keep private feedback visible by default
Calendar
More noticeable note indicator on the calendar ‼️
- The indicator for notes on reservations now has a more prominent color, making it easier for you to spot days that may need attention
