We’ve released some anticipated updates for Direct bookings and the Inbox, making it easier to stay on top of your guest communications! We’ve also made some improvements to Hospitable Tasks and added some more integrations to explore.
Direct
Re-use guest verifications for all Direct bookings
- We now check to see if a guest has already completed a guest verification with you
- This eliminates the need for returning guests to submit new documentation for every booking
- It will save time and hassle for both you and your trusted guests
Simplified tax management for Direct Basic bookings
- Create and edit rules directly from your property’s Pricing page
Automatic domain notices and renewals
- We will now automatically send a renewal and expiration notice to you
- This ensures compliance with Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) requirements
- It will prevent domain lapses and make it hassle-free for hosts and property managers
Inbox
Easily mark all unread messages as read
- You can now quickly mark all selected threads as read in the bulk actions bar
- Use new "Mark all as read" button in Unread Messages segment to mark all unread conversations on account as read
- Any filters applied in a segment are taken into account when using the button
Hospitable Tasks
Image upload available after task completion
- Teammates can now upload images after completing a task for added flexibility
- You will get notified about images taken far from the property or on a different day
Improved invitations to teammate to their portal
- The button in the invite email to join Hospitable Tasks now directly logs them in
- There’s no longer a separate login required after clicking the invite link
- This will simplify and shorten the process for new team members accessing their portal
Include a direct link to the task in the email reminders
- Your teammates will be able to easily access the task in their portal by clicking on the button
- This eliminates the need to search for tasks through multiple screens to find the task
- This will save time for teammates and ensure everyone understands the task to be done
Properties
Property view for amenities
- You can now easily manage property views as amenities in your listings

Updated navigation with Channel Connections icon
- There is now easy access to managing your connections with a icon shortcut button next to settings
- We also simplified the name from "Connected Accounts" to "Channel Connections"
- These changes are available and can be seen within the new navigation side menu
