  • Owners can fill out the intake form, answering a few questions about their property and goals, and receive a curated list of potential property managers to work with
  • Property managers will receive interested owners and are able to express interest in managing their home
  • Contact information will only be shared once the owner and property manager express interest in working together
  • You can learn more by reading our detailed help articles or by taking an interactive tour of the PM Marketplace

The PM Marketplace profile for Hosts creates an “aggregate score,” it seems for all of your listings, regardless of how long you have been co-hosting them. So if you have 2 listings and 1 had terrible reviews and revenue before you acquired it, it will really tank your score?

@michaelfisher4100 We designed the scoring mechanism in such a way that things are weighted - certain things are more important than others. There’s also the ‘Fit’ aspect, which is specific to an owner and their properties, where your own properties in the service area are weighted more heavily than those outside it. In that way it can be forgiving depending on your scenario.

You raise a good point about co-hosting though. We’ll look into if/how we can detect when you started co-hosting, and only take performance during that window into account so that you’re not penalized for things that happened outside of your management.
