Simplified property ownership for management agreements 🏠
- You can now easily assign or change property ownership in the Properties tab
- This opens a management agreement ownership period and shows the property's timeline
- The change will help you keep track of current and any upcoming property owners
Move a property to an owner from their own page 📑
- You can now easily transfer properties between owners from their owner page
- Easily see which properties are currently owned by that owner
- Choose a move date and confirm the transfer before committing to the change
Booking.com
Pricing is now automatically applied to far-future empty dates 🗓
- Your far-future empty dates will now have default prices applied on listings
- The prices will follow the same rules as availability for the listings
- Your existing prices will not be affected by this change
Fill any empty photo tags on imported listings 🖼
- Imported listings now have AI-generated photo tags through Hospitable
- These tags will help match listings to guest searches
- Photos can still be edited at any time by you
Trip Insurance
Updated the Trip Insurance purchase flow during booking 🔰
- We have improved the way we display the value of purchasing trip insurance
- It is set to “Yes” by default, though guests can choose either option
Airbnb
Pushing fees for consistency 💸
- Changes to fees made in Airbnb will no longer override the Hospitable settings, ensuring consistent fees across platforms
Hospitable Tasks
Tasks App is now available in German 🇩🇪
- Your teammates can now use the Tasks app in German
- You can assign their primary language when you add your teammate and they can update it any time in the Tasks App
Tasks App is now available in Chinese 🇨🇳
- Your teammates can now use the Tasks app in Simplified Chinese
- This means they can manage their tasks in their preferred language without slowing down
General
Secondary users can now receive daily digest emails 📰
- These users can enable the daily digest emails in Preferences and Notifications
- This is also scoped to permissions and properties given by the primary user
