Amazing!!! I love it and will start using it and provide any necessary feedback

• Have you assumed that the starting point here is a listing that already exists on Airbnb (or some other platform) and its ingested OR that this listing is starting from scratch in Hospitable so it can be pushed out across platforms? To me, the user experience in Airbnb is way easier so I would prefer to just go there and have the info push over to Hospitable. Vs. Booking or VRBO though, I think this UI is somewhat easier
• Will something like the description field be expanded on data entry? Hard to edit and review only 2 lines at a time - kind of tight
• Will there be clues to completeness? Eg. If I haven’t added photo captions, will that be noted somewhere or posted as a reminder on the side as a to-do?
• Will you have any helpful or AI recos through the process? Eg: “For condos in Florida, the highest CTR come from properties that lead with a pool image”. Something a la the new Price Labs listing optimizer or maybe that is a “down the road” potential to help people build really strong listings?

This doesn’t have to do with photos but when editing the listings on Hostpitable there is only a small space you see while typing. I personally find that hard not being able to read something in its entirety. Also Airbnb only offers so many characters. I have had to just randomly delete things until Hostpitable would save it. I personally found that very annoying when trying to update my listing. 😎

You upgrade in photo management and tour is fantastic news but please include video! Vrbo is now offering to feature a video. I plan on making one and using their feature. BDC and others will surely follow. Also, 3D tours. I really want to include a 3D tour (Matterport) as part of my visuals so please consider that in your overall plan. 3D tours will become an important tool as they become more popular.

I always disable the Airbnb Photo Tour whenever I set up a new property, as the feature doesn’t allow hosts to choose the order of their photos. Hopefully this Hospitable Photos feature won’t force me to use the Airbnb Photo Tour.

The input windows to input text are just so difficult to use because they're so tiny. It needs to be a human-friendly interface to input paragraphs of text and be able to read it, as well as to be able to see all three of my important key sections of the short and long descriptions of the property, as those are really key for conversion. 

I should be able to see my photo captions as well at the same time. I should be able to quickly scroll through the photos while I'm editing. I should be able to also manage order of the photos relatively easily and quickly as order both within the area as well as in the total photo gallery does matter and we should be able to control it too. 

Yes, somebody noted, if a field is not populated, can you give us a warning? At least somewhere together with the saved mark (green mark when autosave worked). Also add this auto-save feature wherever possible. Things get lost way too often. 

 

Remember there's an issue when you're trying to put something such as square feet size in the listing description and hospitable doesn't allow it because it says numbers are not allowed in the listing description, which is not true. Phone numbers are not allowed. Hospitable cannot tell if it's a phone number or square footage.

And my condo ain't that big to be a phone number. 

From my recent understanding, the importance of the photo tour has increased significantly in the Algo so its reccomended to have one. Havent done any tests to confirm.
