The teammate portal and operations have gotten some exciting improvements that will help you and your teammates better prepare for guests! We’ve also made some updates to the Calendar and mobile app to make them easier to interact with and navigate.
Operations
Task pricing permissions for secondary users 📊
- Your secondary users can now update task pricing
- This is a permission that is disabled by default for secondary users, but can be enabled
- If it is disabled, secondary users cannot see or update any task pricing
Email notifications for marketplace top-ups 📧
- You’ll now receive a notification when funds are pulled into your marketplace account
- The email includes a breakdown of funds taken, source account, and tasks associated
- This will help you keep track of your marketplace account balance and tasks more easily
Push notifications for your teammates 📲
- Your team will now receive push notifications for new messages and tasks in the teammate portal
- They’ll be instantly alerted to important updates and tasks, helping them stay on top of messages and tasks
More reservation details in the portal 🏡
- Teammates will now see the number of adults, children, babies, and pets in a booking in their portal
- They’ll get a more complete picture of the reservation to better serve your guests
- This especially enhances preparation for bookings with pets and young children
Calendar
Click-and-drag date selection 🗓
- You can now easily select multiple dates at once by clicking and dragging
- This works on both single-property and multi-property calendar views
- It is currently available on desktop only
Inbox
Improved display of unsent Airbnb messages 📩
- Airbnb messages that are unsent by guests will now be clearly identified in the message thread
- The deleted-message signal from Airbnb will be detected and stored on the message
- You will only see this feature applied to Airbnb guest threads
Mobile App
Improved multi-calendar 📱
- We’ve removed unnecessary padding and fixed overlapping text for a cleaner look
- The property panel and font size have been reduced for better use of space on smaller phones
Branding
Control your domain renewal 🌐
- You can now toggle domain auto renewal on and off in your Branding settings
- You’ll also receive renewal notices and have the option to disable your renewal
