Hospitable Tasks
Filters added to the Task Management history tab 🗒
- You can now easily filter through your Task Management history
- Filter by date, teammate, or task statues to easily find what you need
Team receives push notifications for tasks starting in one hour ⏰
- Your teammates will now be notified before a task starts, giving them time to prepare
- The notifications are translatable to your teammate’s preferred language
- SMS and email notifications will soon be sent for tasks starting in one hour as well
Invite teammates to Hospitable Tasks with SMS 📲
- You can now invite teammates to the portal via SMS from the teammate section in Hospitable
- Teammates can now easily join Hospitable Tasks using their phone number
- The email invites automatically log in teammates, while SMS invites require an one-time code for login
- This will help simplify the onboarding process for your new teammates
SMS task reminders have direct links to the task 🪣
- Your teammates can easily access the specific task being reminded about with a direct link in the SMS
- This saves time by linking directly to the relevant task instead of requiring a search through the task list
Knowledge Hub
Automatically update the Knowledge Hub 🪄
- You can now easily access and edit Knowledge Hub information for your property through MCP and API
- get-property-knowledge-hub: Returns the Knowledge Hub for a property, including current topics, items, and sources
- create-knowledge-hub-item: Creates a manual Knowledge Hub item for a property
- update-knowledge-hub-item: Update or move an existing manual Knowledge Hub item
- delete-knowledge-hub-item: Deletes one specific Knowledge Hub item
- delete-knowledge-hub-topic: Deletes one specific Knowledge Hub topic, including the source topic entries that belong to that topic
Improved PDF import for more complex documentation 📑
- We’ve added a more flexible PDF import flow to better handle all kinds of PDF formatting
- This improves the support for unconventional documents while keeping guardrails in place for reading and extracting document data
Mobile App
Pinch-to-zoom is now disabled for iOS and Android 🤏
- We’ve removed the pinch-to-zoom functionality on the iOS and Android apps
- It was causing accidental zooming in while scrolling or interacting with forms
- This change does not affect zoom capability for accessibility in web browsers
