We’ve made some excited updates to the Hospitable Tasks app to help you collaborate and be more transparent with your cleaners, as well as improvements to Upsells, making them easier to create! We’ve also added a ton of new integration pages for you to explore.
Hospitable Tasks
New onboarding experience for teammates 🪧
- Walks new teammates through a detailed confirmation and a few discovery questions
- It confirms their preferred language, English or Spanish, though the initial language is based on what’s set by you when you invited them
- It asks how they work with you to help set their permissions and shares how they can set up their bank account for getting paid
Guest reviews available in Hospitable Tasks app ⭐️
- Teammates can now view cleanliness score and feedback from Airbnb guests
- This also includes insights from private notes left by guests
- We will soon have the same functionality with Booking.com , Vrbo, and Direct reviews
Teammates can review guest cleanliness with ratings and comments 🧺
- A teammate can choose from a variety of tags and add comments when reviewing a guest's cleanliness
- You can view cleanliness ratings and comments that are automatically translated to English for seamless communication between teammates
- This helps you understand each stay and what the cleaner’s experience looked like when arriving at the property
New task requiring approval tab ✅
- You can now easily see which tasks need your approval once completed
- We’ve added clear visibility in Task Management that shows what’s been completed and awaiting approval
- This makes it easier to trigger payments to teammates who’ve completed their task
Upsells
Quickly duplicate upsell products ♻️
- You no longer need to manually recreate similar upsell products and from scratch
- Duplicate products will have the same setup as the original, including variations, photos, scoping, and bank account
The sold notification now shows your commission 💵
- You’ll now see your commission earnings in the push notification title, rather than the total amount paid by the guest
- This applies to both trip insurance only purchases and carts that mix trip insurance with other upsells
- Trip insurance only sales will have explicit copy stating the commission earned
- This provides you with more accurate and transparent information about your earnings from trip insurance sales
