We’re rolling out a brand new design for our beloved dashboard! You’ll see some iterations over the next couple weeks and see a “Feedback” button in the top right corner of the dashboard. Let us know what you think and we’ll do our best to bake it into the next iterations! Also, some fantastic improvements to our Hospitable Tasks App and Inbox.
General
Redesign of the home dashboard 🏠
- We’ve given the Check-ins, Checkouts, and Tasks table sleeker design more consistent with the app
- You’ll now see 10 check-ins, checkouts, and tasks in the table, but can load more if needed
- Community posts and the Events feed have been combined and moved to the bottom of the page
- The Events feed now shows in your local time
- There is a Feedback button in top right for you to let us know what you like and dislike to help with future dashboard iterations
Experience a new look with dark mode 🌚
- You can now personalize the app to be in dark mode
- Easily switch between light, dark, or system mode from your profile settings
- System mode will default to your device’s settings
Operations
Preview your teammates’ Tasks App 🧹
- You can now see what the Hospitable Tasks App looks like for your teammates
- This is a read-only preview, but you can view tasks, payments, and messages assigned to that specific teammate
Teammates get notified when they receive a new guest review on Airbnb 🗯
- Your teammates will receive a push notification on their Tasks App when a guest leaves a review on Airbnb
- This helps them stay on top of guest feedback and respond quickly to reviews
- They will easily access the review page in the Tasks App when they click the notification
Inbox
Mark message threads as unread for low teammate reviews ✉️
- When a teammate gives a guest review of 3 stars or less, the thread will be marked as unread in your inbox
- This will help you quickly identify and address low reviews from teammates
Booking.com
Add hot tub amenity options 🛁
- You can now configure the hot tub as a unit facility or a property facility in Booking.com
- This prevents the amenity from showing on the wrong unit when it is actually a shared amenity on the property
- The new location option allows for more accurate placement of the hot tub
Owner Statements
View commission preview at any time 📑
- You can now see a live preview of commission agreements at any point, not just during setup
- Easily access a statement or invoice for a commission agreement with a convenient preview
AI
Remove disconnected TouchStay sources from Knowledge Hub 🗃
- Now, a "Disconnected from TouchStay" badge will appear when a source is disconnected or unlinked in the Knowledge Hub
- You can then delete the disconnected source from Knowledge Hub.
- Still-connected TouchStay sources cannot be deleted to prevent routine sync from immediately re-importing the removed content
Direct
Direct booking site now respects children and infant rules 👼
- Guests can no longer add children or infants if you have them disabled
- This will help avoid unwanted bookings and improve the constancy between your rules and booking process

Improved Vrbo door codes for stable access 🚪
- Door codes derived from guest's phone number now snapshot at booking time
- This helps prevent access issues when Vrbo changes or updates the number
