We’ve released an exciting update to help you continue the conversation with your guests, allowing them to message you directly from the guest portal! You’ll also notice some nice improvements to Hospitable Tasks and three new integrations to explore.
Guest Portal
Guest messaging and history 💬
- Your guests can now message you from their portal on all Direct and manual reservations
- They are also provided with the messaging history to quickly reference your conversations
- The guest portal chat is available on your guests’ desktop and mobile devices
Hospitable Tasks
Track task payouts with a new payments tab 💰
- You can now view all of your task payouts, including the task dates and associated reservations, in a designated tab under the Task Management page
Cleaning task status and issues reported in Inbox list view 🚦
- You’ll now see in-progress and completed cleaning tasks on the listed reservation threads
- This helps confirm when a cleaning has been completed before your next guest checks in
- It will help you easily spot any issues reported by teammates during the task
Owner Payouts
Payout history error messages ⛔️
- You can now see specific reasons for payout failures, instead of a generic error message
- If it is a complex issue, it’s now easier to contact support and the payout ID is included automatically in your message
The property name displayed in the payout history 🏡
- You’ll now easily see which property the payout is for, saving you time
